How to Use Celebration Sky

Type any word, phrase, or your name into the text field and press Enter or click the "Launch" button. Watch as your words transform into a glowing rocket that ascends into the digital night sky. Each launch creates a unique fireworks display with random colors, particle patterns, and cascading sparks that fill your screen with light.

There's no limit to how many fireworks you can launch. Type continuously to create a spectacular multi-burst show, or launch them one at a time to savor each explosion. The simulation runs entirely in your browser—your inputs stay private and local to your device. Use it to celebrate wins, affirm yourself, or simply enjoy the visual satisfaction of digital light against darkness.

Why I Built This

I created Celebration Sky because I noticed how hard it is for many of us—myself included—to pause and celebrate our own existence. We're great at recognizing others' achievements, but when it comes to honoring ourselves, we often feel awkward or undeserving. I wanted to build something playful and visual that could make self-affirmation feel less serious and more joyful.

Fireworks have always symbolized celebration, triumph, and collective joy. By bringing that experience into a digital, personal space, I hoped to give people a small ritual they could use anytime—whether they're celebrating a major milestone or simply the fact that they made it through a tough day. It's just a digital celebration space for those moments when you need a small dose of joy and self-recognition.

Tips for the Best Experience

Turn on sound for the full sensory effect—each firework comes with audio feedback that makes the celebration feel more real.
Try launching your name, affirmations like "I did it!", or simple words like "Yes!" or "Hope" to see how different messages feel when they explode into light.
Use it as a morning ritual to set an intention for the day, typing out what you want to carry with you.
Or make it an evening wind-down to celebrate simply getting through the day, no matter how it went.
Press F11 for fullscreen mode to create maximum immersion and block out the rest of the world.
Launch multiple fireworks rapidly for a spectacular show, or space them out to watch each one bloom and fade in its own time.
